In Merchant Solutions, each order is assigned a unique number when it comes in. These numbers start at 485 and increment upward.
For security reasons, credit card numbers are deleted 30 days after the order has been retrieved. There is no way to retrieve numbers once they have been deleted, so be sure to process credit card transactions promptly.
Please note: Full credit card numbers are visible only to users assigned the Credit Card role in Access Manager, and only on order detail pages in Order Manager.
Store Manager keeps track of which orders you have seen, which ones are new, and which ones have had a change of status since you last looked at them. New or changed orders are shown separately from old orders.
If someone enters a fake order for a large amount, this can throw off your statistics. To avoid this, you should mark these orders as fraudulent by selecting the radio button next to Fraudulent and then clicking on the Update button when you look at them.
