Learn how to make changes to an existing payment method or replace it entirely.

Update an existing payment method

To change your card's name, billing address, telephone number, and expiration date, add a new card and delete the old one. 

Replace an existing payment method

Use a new or existing payment method in place of the current one. Replacing a payment method automatically switches any services attached to the new method.

Note: If you select New payment method you will be taken to the Add payment method (credit/debit) flow.

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.

  2. Mouse over the Account icon on the top-right corner and click the Billing & Invoices link. 
  3. Click the Payment Methods tab at the top of the page.

  4. Click the Replace link.
     

  5. Select an existing payment method, then click the Replace button.
     

Note: This process will move all services billed on the previous card to the new one. The previous card will also be deleted from your Payment Methods.
