Can I add a contact form?

Learn how to add a contact form to your Website Builder site.

In Website Builder, you can add a contact form as a section or as a page.

Add a contact form section

  1. From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.
    The Edit site and Site Design links.
  2. Click the + icon at the top or bottom of an existing section. This will depend on where you want the contact form section to be displayed - above or below the current section.
    The + icon will add a new section.
  3. On the Add a new section page, select Forms. You will see a preview of each form layout.
    Click the Forms link.
  4. On the preview screen, you can view different form layouts by clicking the left and right arrows.

  5. Chose the desired form layout by clicking + icon or the thumbnail preview.
    Select the section.
  6. You will be taken to your new form.

Add a contact form page

  1. From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.

  2. Hover your mouse over Pages on the top left of the page and click Add a New Page.

  3. Select a Contact thumbnail image.

    Note: The actual thumbnail may look different depending on your chosen theme.
  4. In the Name your new page window, add a page name and click Add page.

  5. Confirm if you wish to add the new page to your site menu.
    Choose if you wish to add the new page to your site menu.
