Thank you for your feedback
We hate to see you go, but here are a few things to consider before closing your account. Important: When you close your Turbify account, it will remain open until the end of your current billing term.
If your plan includes domain registration, your domain name belongs to you until your registration expires, even if you cancel your plan. If you intend to transfer your domain name to another registrar, we strongly recommend that you transfer your domain before you cancel. Learn about what happens to your domain name after you cancel.
When you cancel your plan:
After canceling, you'll no longer be able to access website files, emails, control panels, and any other tools provided with your plan. We strongly recommend that you save copies of all of your files, including web pages, emails, and catalogs, to your computer before canceling. In the Subscriptions tab and Actions section, click the Cancel link.
If you're sure you wish to cancel:
Please tell us why you wish to cancel.
Please read the notice that appears.
Confirm that you wish to cancel and follow the prompts.
You'll now see the cancellation confirmation, as well as the authorization code for proof of your domain ownership. Note: Please make note of your authorization code. Keep in mind that like a password, the code is case-sensitive. You'll also receive an email message regarding your cancellation.
Note: If your domain is not registered through Turbify, you will not see the option to retrieve your authorization code. You will need to contact your domain registrar to retrieve the authorization code. Learn how to find your domain registrar.
