Feel free to use any FTP client that supports both FTPS and TLS 1.2. To verify if your FTP client supports FTPS and TLS 1.2, we suggest reviewing the program's help content.

Important: All FTP sessions require an FTPS connection along with TLS 1.2 protocol support for increased system security.
Sign in to your My Services page.
Click the Hosting link.
Click the FTP Accounts link in the Files module.
Scroll down to FTP Accounts and click the Configure FTP Client link in the Actions column.
You'll find your FTP credentials in the Manual Settings section.

Download and install Cyberduck.
Download the FTP Configuration File in cPanel and save it to your desktop.
Double-click on the downloaded FTP Configuration File. Cyberduck will open the download file and log you into your FTP account.
Download and install Core FTP.
Download the FTP Configuration File in cPanel and save it to your desktop.
Open Core FTP, click Sites and then Site Manager.
Right click in the left main window and click Import and then Core FTP.
Select the FTP Configuration File downloaded from step 2.
Click OK to confirm the site configuration file.
Enter your password and click the Connect button.
