To publish individual files in Store Files, select the file or files you wish to publish using the checkboxes that correspond to each file name in the Files table. Once you've selected the file(s) you wish to publish, click the Publish button, located above the Files table. The file(s) you've selected will be published.

Note: Publishing the Store Editor will also publish all staged (unpublished) files you've uploaded using Store Files.
