You can access a customer's order history from the time they registered with your store from their Customer Information page.

Access a customer's order history

1. In Customer Manager, click on the customer's name in the customer table.
   
2. On the Customer Information page, click either the Order History tab located near the top of the page, or the View All Orders Since Registering link below the Recent Orders table.
   
3. The customer's order history appears.
   

When viewing a customer's order history, you have filtering options to view all orders, or to view orders placed during a certain year. To view all orders placed in a year, click on the year link located at the top of the order history table.
