To see a rate for a pickup from UPS, you must be using the integrated UPS functionality with your Merchant Solutions or Store v.1 account.

See a pickup rate

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. Go to Shipping Manager.
   .
4. In the Manage UPS Pickups section, click the Request/Rate Pickup link.
   
5. Complete the pickup location and pickup date and time information in step 1.
   
6. Click the Next button.
   
7. The rate for your pickup will be displayed as Total Charge for Pickup.
   
8. To exit this screen without scheduling a pickup request, click the Cancel button at the bottom of the page.
