Localworks is a service that lets you submit your business listing information to multiple directories across the Internet. Listing your business information in directories helps you reach new customers, grow your customer base, and provide customers with important information about your business and how to find you. Learn how to sign up for Localworks or set up your account below.

Sign up for Localworks

1. Go to the Localworks homepage.

2. Select which Localworks plan you wish to sign up for (Starter or Growth AI), then click the Get Started button.

   

3. Under Create an account:
   • Enter your First name.
   • Enter your Last name.
   • Enter your Email address. Note: This will be the email address used to sign in to your Localworks account.
   • Create a Password and confirm. Note: This will be the password used to sign in to your Localworks account.

   • Click the Create account button.

     

4. Follow the steps provided to enter your billing and payment information and complete checkout.

5. On the Order Confirmation page, click the Get Started button at the bottom.

   

6. Go to the email you entered to verify the email address. The subject of the email is Activate your Turbify account.

7. Click the Activate my account button.

   

8. You will be taken to your account profile to enter:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Alternate email (for account recovery)
   • Primary phone (for account recovery)
   • Alternative phone (optional for account recovery)
   • Select two security questions and answers.
   • Click the Continue button. 

Localworks setup

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click Complete Setup Now.

   

3. Click Get Started.

   

4. Enter your Business Name. Note: If your business is not found, you can manually add it by clicking Add Business Listing Now.

   

5. Enter your business details — address, phone number, and category — and click Next.

   

6. Check your business information. If your business listing is correct, click Submit. Note: If you need to make edits to your business listing, click No, I Need to Edit.

   

7. Your account is being created.

   

8. Your account is now active. Click Go to My Dashboard.

   

Note: Once you've submitted your business information, the time it takes for these updates to be approved and/or published will vary across directories.
