I can't access the Progress Indicator tab. What's wrong?

Learn why you don't see the Progress Indicator tab in the Visual Customization area of Checkout and Registration Manager.

The presence of the Progress Indicator tab is dependent upon selections in the Visual Customization module and also on the Flow Settings tab of the Global Settings module.

Check for either of the following in Checkout & Registration Manager

  • On the Visual Customization module, ensure that you have the Configurable Styles option selected. The Progress Indicator tab (as well as the Checkout Buttons tab) are not available when the Default or Custom Styles options are selected.
    The Configurable Styles and Progress Indicator tabs.
  • On the Flow Settings tab of the Global Settings module, ensure that you do not have Single-Page checkout selected with the Order Review page hidden. In this configuration, there is no need for a progress indicator as there is only one step to complete checkout.
    Single-Page checkout is selected with the Order Review page set to Hide.
