My progress indicator graphics are wrapping to two lines. What's wrong?

Learn why your custom progress indicator graphics aren't displaying correctly.

Article ID: SLN19084

Your progress indicator graphics can wrap to two lines for a few reasons. Please check the following conditions and correct if applicable.

  • Uploaded graphics to large - The maximum width for uploaded progress indicator graphics is 170 pixels wide by 25 pixels high. If your images are larger than 170 pixels, the progress indicator can wrap to two lines. Corrective action: create graphics that are at or under 170 pixels wide.
  • Left checkout region (side bar) too large - If one or more of your custom checkout pages uses the side bar (left navigation) region in the Checkout Wrapper tab, check to ensure that your HTML is not set so wide as to push the progress indicator to the right causing it to wrap to two lines. Corrective action: Review HTML for width settings.
  • Padding too large - Ensure that you have not added too much padding to the CSS attributes for progress indicator graphics.
