Account owners and administrators have three ways to recover their Turbify login ID if forgotten. Note: If you have trouble recovering your login ID, please call us at 833-689-8585.

Recover your login ID

1. Click the Login link on the top-right of the Turbify homepage.
2. Click the Forgot login email? link.
    
3. Enter the domain name associated with your account and click Look up account. 
     
4. Enter an email or mobile number associated with your account and click View reset options.  Note: If you use a mobile number to verify, remember to include the country code.
    
5. Under How do you want to recover your login email? you have three choices:
   • Via primary email address
   • Via mobile number
   • Via alternate email address

 Via primary email address

1. Select Send a link to the primary email address, then click Continue.
    
2. A dialog appears asking you to check your primary email inbox.
    
3. In your inbox, look for an email with the subject, Forgot your login email?
     
4. Open the email, then click Log in.
       
5. You will be taken to a login screen and your login ID email address will be auto populated in the Email field.
     

Via mobile number

1. Select Text a code to the mobile number, then click Continue.
    
2. Under Check your phone for code, enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile device, then click Continue.
    
3. You will be taken to a login screen and your login ID email address will be auto populated in the Email field.
    

Via primary alternate address

1. Select Send a link to the alternate email address, then click Continue.
    
2. A dialog appears asking you to check your alternate email inbox.
   
3. In your inbox, look for an email with the subject, Forgot your login email?
   
4. Open the email, then click Log in.
   
5. You will be taken to a login screen and your login ID email address will be auto populated in the Email field.
