Reset your Turbify password

Learn how you can reset your login ID password if it's been forgotten.

If you’ve forgotten your login ID for signing in to your Turbify account, follow these steps to recover it. If you have trouble recovering it or you’re unable to reset your password online, please call us at 833-689-8585.

You can reset your Turbify password in three ways if you've forgotten it.   

Reset your Small Business password

  1. Click the Login link on the top-right of the Turbify homepage.

  2. On the login screen, click the Forgot password? link.
      

  3. Under Forgot your password, enter Your email address, then click View reset options. Note: You must enter the email address you used to create your account.  

  4. Under How do you want to reset your password? You have three choices:

 Via primary email address

  1. Select Send a link to the primary email address, then click Continue.

  2. A dialog appears asking you to check your primary email inbox.

  3. In your inbox, look for an email with the subject, Create a new password and open the email.

  4. Click Reset password.

  5. Under Reset your password, enter a new password, re-enter the new password, then click Change password.
    Note: The new password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. 

  6. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Log in to sign in with your login ID and new password.

 Via mobile number

  1. Select Text a code to the mobile number, then click Continue.

  2. Under Check your phone, enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile device, then click Continue.

  3. Under Reset your password, enter a new password, re-enter the new password, then click Change password.
    Note: The new password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

  4.  A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Log in to sign in with your login ID and new password.

 Via alternate email address

  1. Select Send a link to the alternate email address, then click Continue.
      

  2. A dialog appears asking you to check your alternate email inbox.

  3. In your inbox, look for an email with the subject, Create a new password and open the email.

  4. Click Reset password.

  5. Under Reset your password, enter a new password, re-enter the new password, then click Change password.
    Note: The new password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

  6. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Log in to sign in with your login ID and new password.
