Order status history

Learn what is tracked in shoppers' order history.

A customer's order status history, displayed on their Customer Information page, keeps a running total of their order statuses since they've registered with your store. For example, if they've placed five orders since registering with your store, and each of these orders was processed with a status in Order Manager of OK, then the information displayed for the customer's order status history would be 5 OK.

If, however, a customer has placed seven orders with your store, and one of them is still pending review, five of them were processed with an OK status, and one of them was cancelled, the information displayed for the customer's order status history would be 5 OK, 1 Pending Review, 1 Cancelled.

The order statuses shown in the order status history correspond to the order statuses in Order Manager:

  • OK
  • Fraudulent
  • Cancelled
  • Returned
  • On Hold
  • Pending Review
