If you have a Web Hosting or Merchant Solutions account, you can create subfolders of your site folders using the File Manager.
Important: When creating or renaming a subfolder, be sure to use an underscore ( _ ) and not a dot ( . ) to separate words in the subfolder name. Using a dot may result in errors when editing files within the subfolder.
