Two-step verification adds an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorized changes to your Turbify account. You'll be asked to enter a code sent to your mobile phone before changing your:

• Password

• Primary email (Login ID)

• Security questions and answers

• Mobile number

Enable two-step verification

1. Sign in to your My Profile page.

2. Click Security and Privacy.
   

3. Under Account Security, click Turn on two-step verification.
   

4. Confirm your mobile phone number, then click Continue. Note: You'll be asked to enter a mobile number if we don't already have one for you.
   

5. Enter the code sent via text and click Verify & Enable.
   

6. Two-step verification is now enabled! Turning it off is a very similar process.

Disable two-step verification

1. Sign in to your My Profile page.

2. Click Security and Privacy. Note: You can also turn off two-step verification from the Basic Info section.
   

3. Under Account Security, click the Turn off two-step verification.
   

4. Confirm your mobile number and click Continue.
   

5. Enter the code sent via text and click Verify & Disable.
   

6. Two-step verification is once again disabled.
