Two step verification prevents unauthorized changes to your Turbify account with an extra layer of security. You'll be asked to enter a code sent to your mobile phone before changing your:
Password
Login ID
Security questions and answers
Mobile number
Sign in to your My Account page.
Under Account Security, click the Turn on two-step verification using the above mobile number. link.
Confirm your mobile phone number then click the Continue button.
Note: You'll be asked to enter a mobile number if we don't already have one for you.
Enter the code we've sent via text and click Verify.
Two-step verification is now enabled! Turning it off is a very similar process.
Sign in to your My Account page.
Under Account Security, click the Turn off link.
Confirm your mobile number and click Continue as above.
Enter the code and click Verify as above.
Two-step verification is once again disabled.
