Undo and restore your site in Enterprise Builder

Learn how to revert changes you make while editing your website and how to restore your site.

Article ID: SLN30046

It's easy to undo changes to your website. You can undo any changes you've made in the current browser window; however, if you close your browser window or sign out of your account, your changes can't be undone. You can also restore your entire site automatically or by uploading a backup.

Important: Resetting or importing/changing your website's template is not the same as restoring. Once you reset or change the template, the information will be lost.

Undo a change

  1. While in the Editor, click the Undo icon at the top right to go back to a previous step. Click the Redo icon (on the right) to cancel an Undo action (on the left). Note: The Redo icon only appears if you use Undo.

Restore website

  1. From your Enterprise Builder editor, click the Dropdown arrow next to Publish and Backup/Restore.

  2. Click the Restore tab.

  3. Click Choose auto backup to restore and select the Version you want to restore. Note: When you click Save Draft, website versions are automatically created.

  4. Click Restore.

Note: You can also restore your website by uploading a backup. Select Restore from file in step 3. Click the Backup tab to download a backup file for your website.

Go back to the Enterprise Builder Index.
