Now you can customize your printed orders, invoices, and packing slips with HTML, giving you control over the look and layout of what you and your customers see. You can use most HTML tags and inline CSS.

Printable order templates

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. Click the Orders link.
   
4. In the all-new Order Manager, click the Print button then select Options. You will be taken to the Print Options page.
   
   In classic Order Manager, view an order then click the Options button in the Print module.
   
5. Select the Templated HTML format from the Format pull-down menu.
   
6. The order item URLs will have no bearing in the Templated HTML format, so you can leave this at it's default setting.
   
7. Click HTML Template - Full Order and edit the full order code.
   
8. Click the Save/Preview HTML Full Order button.
   
9. Click HTML Template - Invoice and edit the invoice code.
   
10. Click the Save/Preview HTML Invoice button.
    
11. Click HTML Template - Packing Slip and edit the packing slip code.
    
12. Click the Save/Preview HTML Packing Slip button.
    
13. Click the Select Image File button to add your store logo or another image which will appear on the order, invoice, and packing slip.
    
14. Click the Upload Image button.
    
15. Click the Change button to save your changes.
