In order to receive an alert if an order confirmation or status update email does not reach the email address provided by your customer, enter an email address in the Bounced Message Email field under Shipment & Order Status.
If you wish to use the same email address as the one in the Email Address field leave the Bounced Message Email field blank.
Note:Any changes made to the Bounced Message Email field will be available after you publish your order settings in the Store Manager.
