When to contact Turbify
Contact Turbify if there are problems with either the Checkout Process or with Orders.

Contact PayPal if there are problems with your or your buyers' PayPal accounts, or PayPal payment processing.
- Transaction fees
- Buyer complaints
- Chargeback information requests
- Account restrictions
- Forgot PayPal password
- Changing your fee level (for high volume merchants)
- Enable the Settlement file system
- Notify PayPal of spoof or suspected fraudulent transactions
