Why am I unable to sign in with my saved password?

Learn why your browser may have "forgotten" your Yahoo Small Business sign in information.

Article ID: SLN29287

As a part of our ongoing update from Yahoo Small Business to Turbify (Learn more), we recently changed the domain name for our sign in pages.

The previous address for our primary login page was login.yahoosmallbusiness.com, and the new one is login.turbify.com. The sign in page for mail has moved from mail.yahoosmallbusiness.com to mail.turbify.com.

Your web browser saves login information based on the domain name, so if you saved the password for login.yahoosmallbusiness.com (or mail.yahoosmallbusiness.com) in your web browser, it won't apply to login.turbify.com (or mail.turbify.com).

Please enter your login and password normally the next time you sign in--when your browser saves your information for login.turbify.com or mail.turbify.com, it should remember it for future use.

How do I get my password?

If you've saved your password in your browser or a password manager tool, you can retrieve your password from there. Just search for yahoosmallbusiness.com in the saved passwords for your software. This will allow you to retrieve the existing user name and password for the primary login page and the mail login page as needed. For more information on how to do so, please visit the help pages for your browser or password manager software. (For Chrome, click here. For Firefox, click here. For Safari/Mac, click here.)

If you don't remember your primary login password, and cannot retrieve it from your browser or password manager, just click the Forgot password? link on the sign in page. Learn more.

The Forgot password? link is below the Login button and to the right of the Forgot login email? link.

If you can't remember your email password, you can either click the Forgot your password? link on the sign in page (Learn more) or ask your account owner/administrator to generate a one-time password for you in the Email Control Panel (Learn more).

The Forgot your password? link is directly below the Login button.
