When Localworks identifies listing errors for your business, this can include business information that is different from the information you submitted when signing up for Localworks, as well as directories where a listing for your business wasn't found.
Note: To determine the Localworks version you are using, look at the navigation menu. If the navigation menu is located at the top, you are using version 1. Version 2 has the menu navigation on the left side.
Click Dashboard.
Click Listings.
Click Overview.
Click Listings Health Issues.
Review errors in Data Health Discrepancies. Note: This section lists issues for which you will need to provide input. Review the Status and Actions columns to dismiss or confirm discrepancies.
To see more details regarding the listing error, click the (why) link. A window will pop up with detailed information regarding the error.
