Where can I see reports for my Localworks listing?

How can I view my Localworks reports?

Localworks offers several options for viewing and sharing reports. The standard reports option provides a quick overview of your listing's activity by date. You can download, print, and email this report. The custom report option provides more flexibility, allowing you to build custom reports and dashboards. You can also share custom reports via automated and scheduled emails. 

View your report

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.

  2. Click Dashboard

  3. Click Reports

  4. The Report page will display tools for downloading, printing, and emailing the report. There is also a report link you can click to share. 

  5. The Report can be customized in Edit Content. The edit tools in Overview include: show logo, date, header, cover letter, and footer text. You can also scale the header and footer logo. Remember to reload the report after making changes.   

  6. Click the Text inside each section to edit. Note: To change the logo, click on it and upload a new one. 

View a custom report

The Growth AI plan includes the Reporting Suite and Automated Emails.

 

  1. Click Reporting Suite

  2. Click on a Report card listed in the All Reports dashboard. Note: If you don't see the report you want, you can create one by clicking the +New button. Learn more. You can also filter reports by product, social networks, and tags. Important: If this is your first report, click the +Start a New Report or Find Report Templates button and follow the prompts to create a report.
