Where can I see reputation information (reviews and ratings) for my business in Localworks?

Learn how to access your business reviews gathered by Localworks.

Reviews and ratings for your business can be found on the Reviews page.

Note: To determine the Localworks version you are using, review the navigation menu. If the navigation menu is located at the top, you are using version 1. Version 2 has the menu navigation on the left side. 

Localworks v2

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.

  2. Click Dashboard.

  3. Click Reviews.

  4. Click Insights. 

The Reviews page shows you the following review and rating information tracked by Localworks on directories included in Localworks:

  • The total number of reviews found by Localworks on directories included in Localworks.

  • Your average score found by Localworks on the directories included in Localworks.

  • The total number of Positive, Neutral, and Negative scores found by Localworks on directories included in Localworks.

Access your reviews page

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Dashboard link.
    The Dashboard link is under Control Panels.
  3. Select your business location.
    Your business location.
  4. Click the Reviews tab.
    The Reviews tab.
  5. If you haven't already done so, click the Activate review monitoring now! button.
    The Activate review monitoring now! button.
    Note: If Review Monitoring was just activated, it should complete the initial review scan in 24 hours or sooner. Refresh the page to see reviews as they appear.

The Reviews page shows you the following review and rating information tracked by Localworks on directories included in Localworks:

  • The total number of reviews found by Localworks on directories included in Localworks
  • Your average star rating for the ratings found by Localworks on directories included in Localworks
  • A list of all reviews found by Localworks on directories included in Localworks, listed by directory (publisher), which includes the star rating information (if available) and review (if available) for each review found.
