Can I dispute a rating I received from one of my customers?

Turbify does not change ratings once they have been submitted for a Merchant Solutions store unless the rating is off-topic, abusive or otherwise violates the Terms of Service. Note: The Customer Ratings feature is a tool for merchants to gather feedback for their own use. As such, the ratings are not viewable by the public.

Buyers

If you have resolved a customer service problem with a  merchant and feel that they deserve an improved rating, then the merchant should request the customer to go back to the rating form they submitted originally. They should be able to get to the rating form by a link in the email from which they accessed the form previously.

Merchants can also resend the rating request email from the individual Retrieve Order page.

Resend the rating request email

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.

  3. Go to Orders.
    The Orders link is under Process.
  4. View the order for the buyer to which you wish to resubmit the rating request.

  5. Click the Rating Request Email link.
    The Rating Request Email link.
  6. Type your email message in the Message field and click the Send Email button when ready.

Your message along with a link to the rating form will be sent to the buyer's email address. If they so choose, the shopper can change their rating, which replaces the old rating.
