Note: The following information is for stores built with Design Wizard templates.

If you do not wish to show the featured products section in your home page, you can remove it. However, showing featured products is a best practice not only in terms of showing buyers what your site's most popular products are, but also provides links to search engines from your home page so these pages can be found and hopefully indexed.

Remove the featured products section

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. Go to Store Editor.
   
4. From your home page, click the Edit button in the Editor toolbar.
   
5. Click the Change button next to Page-elements.
   
6. Remove the number appearing in the Specials field, then click Update.
   
7. Publish when ready.
   

Note: The presence of a number for an element controls not only if a page elements appears, but also the order in which it appears on the page.
