Floating cart Icon Settings

Learn how to make changes to the colors of various icons within the floating cart.

Using Floating Cart Manager, you can choose between several colors for your Updating Cart, Remove Item, Expand Section, and Collapse Section icons. You should make your selections based on the background colors used in your floating cart body and section headings. Dark icon colors are recommended for light backgrounds, while light icon colors are recommended for dark backgrounds.

  • Updating Cart Icon - Displays when cart contents are being updated.
  • Remove Item Icon - Displays beside items added to your floating cart.
  • Expand Section Icon - Displays when a cart section (Item(s), Shipping Calculator, Coupon/Promotion Code) is collapsed and can be expanded.
  • Collapse Section Icon - Displays when a cart section (Item(s), Shipping Calculator, Coupon/Promotion Code) is expanded and can be collapsed.

Select a color for each of these icons

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.

  3. Go to Floating Cart Manager.
    The Floating Cart Manager link is under Edit.
  4. Click the Customize Appearance tab.

  5. Locate the Icon Settings section near the bottom of the page.

  6. Use the pull-down menu for each of the floating icons to select an icon color

    Note: Your selections will be displayed in the Style and Colors Preview module.

  7. You may also preview these settings in Store Editor by clicking the Save & Preview button. Previewing your changes before publishing is recommended.

  8. Once your changes have been saved, you may publish your floating cart icon settings using the Publish button.

Note: Floating cart icons can also be defined using custom CSS. This is an advanced option, recommended only for developers or merchants familiar with CSS.
