Checkout & Registration Manager allows you to select whether or not to place the Shipping and Billing Information on the same page.

Combining Shipping and Billing Information on the same page has the following benefits:

• Checkout may be perceived as quicker due to fewer pages.
• Entry errors by buyers can be reduced with side-by side Shipping and Billing Information.

These benefits can add up to increased conversion rate due to reduced shopping cart abandonment. That said, we suggest you test both versions to determine which option works best for your store.

Combine Shipping and Billing on one page

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. Go to Checkout & Registration Manager.
   
4. Go to Global Settings.
   
5. In the Checkout Process Configuration section, select the Same Page option for Shipping & Billing Information Page.
   
6. Click the Save button when finished or Save & Preview to save and view your changes.
   
7. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
