Delete a custom field

Learn how to remove a field you created in the checkout process.

Merchants have the ability to delete custom fields. Deleting custom fields will remove them from Checkout & Registration Manager and also from the checkout pages for buyers after republishing. Note: You cannot delete standard sections or fields.

Delete a custom field

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.

  3. Go to Checkout & Registration Manager.
    The Checkout & Registration Manager link is under Order Settings.
  4. Go to Page Configuration.

  5. From the Order tab, click the link for the page with the field you wish to delete.

  6. Under Page Sections, select the radio button next to the field you wish to delete then click the Remove button.

  7. Confirm that you wish to delete the field by clicking the OK button.

  8. Click the Save or Save & Preview buttons to save and view your changes.

  9. Return to the Store Manager and publish your order settings.
