Yes. The What's This? link that appears below the CVV field uses that field's field help text to create a link to a store help document. If you do not wish for users to see a Turbify branded help page in your store checkout, you can create a page or image of your own and change the link.

Change the CVV field help text

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. Go to Checkout & Registration Manager.
   
4. Go to Page Configuration.
   
5. Click the Billing Information or Shipping and Billing links. Note: For Single-Page checkout, stay on the Single-Page Checkout page.
   
   
6. Click the Card Verification Number radio button, then click the Edit button.
   

7. Scroll down to locate the Field Help Text box and do one of the following:

   • Change the URLs (highlighted in blue above) to the page or image you wish to use for your help content.
   • Erase all content in the field to remove any help. Note: This field is used quite frequently and provides merchants with more risk-scoring information. Erasing the content may hinder shoppers from completing this field successfully.

   

8. Click the Finish button.
   
9. Click the Save button.
   
10. Publish your Order Settings.
