The text appearing in the Cross-sell section of your shopping cart (Related Items by default) is not controlled with the Cross-sell-text variable in the Store Editor when using custom checkout. You must edit the text directly in the Cross-Sell Manager where you create cross-sell rules.

Change the cross-sell text in the Cross-Sell Manager

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. Click the Cross-Sell link.
   
4. Click the Edit link for Product Detail or Shopping Cart.
   
5. Enter or edit the text to appear (such as You may also like) into the Header field, then click Update.
