Viewing customer information in Customer Manager

To view the account information and order data for a registered customer, search for them if needed then click on their name in the customer table.

When you click on a customer's name, you will be taken to their customer information overview. This page displays the following information:

• Display name
• Email address
• Registration date
• Last sign-in date
• Phone number
• Shipping address
• Billing address
• Total order value of all orders placed since registering
• Average order value since registering
• Total number of orders placed since registering
• Order status history since registering
• The customer's last order date
• Any notes you have made about the customer
• Recent orders

You may also access the customer's order history since registering with your store by clicking either the Order History tab at the top of the page, or the View All Orders Since Registering link below the Recent Orders table.

Using either the Recent Orders table, or the Order History table, you can view specific orders in Order Manager by clicking on the Order No. link. You can also view shipping status information for an order by clicking on its tracking number (if provided).
