How do I search for a specific customer?

Learn how to a search for and find a specific customer in Customer Manager.

You can search for a specific customer in Customer Manager using their name or email address.

Perform a customer search

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.

  2. Click the Store link.

  3. Go to Customer Manager.
    The Customer Manager link is under Process.
  4. Enter the name or email address of the customer in the Find Customer(s) search tool then click the Search button. The matching customer record(s) will be displayed in the customer table.
