When to contact Turbify

Contact Turbify if there are problems with either the Checkout Process or with Orders.

• Buyers are unable to log in
• Buyers can't checkout
• Reauthorization within Order Manager fails

When to contact PayPal

Contact PayPal if there are problems with your or your buyers' PayPal accounts, or PayPal payment processing.

• Transaction fees
• Buyer complaints
• Chargeback information requests
• Account restrictions
• Forgot PayPal password
• Changing your fee level (for high volume merchants)
• Enable the Settlement file system
• Notify PayPal of spoof or suspected fraudulent transactions
• Any other PayPal questions
