When you process an order in Order Manager, the standard set of order marks (the status with which you can mark an order) includes the following:

  • OK
  • Fraudulent
  • Cancelled
  • Returned
  • On Hold
  • Pending Review

If this set of order marks does not include a mark you'd like to use, you can create a custom order mark to add it to the list of options and apply it to orders when applicable.
