Shipping internationally lets you tap into new markets, which can help boost sales. When you ship internationally via UPS, the UPS Shipping Tool lets you complete international shipment forms as part of the shipment creation process, all in one place.

Electing to complete forms online

When you ship to an address outside of the U.S., the UPS Shipping Tool will show an International Shipment section where you can choose to complete international forms online as part of the shipment creation process.

1. In Order Manager, click Ship Order.
2. Complete the requested shipment information.
3. After completing the Address Information, Shipping Information, and Additional Shipping Options sections, click Yes – complete international shipment forms online in the International Shipment section.
   Note: You'll be asked if your shipment contains items of commercial value. If your shipment contains only documents with no commercial value, you won't be required to complete international shipment forms.

Based on the information provided, you'll be guided through the forms required for your shipment. You may be prompted to complete a Commercial Invoice, U.S. Certificate of Origin, NAFTA Certificate Origin, or print international forms.
