If you have a preferred UPS return shipment option you expect to use for most return shipments, you may wish to set it as your default return shipment option in Shipping Manager.

Note: When a default return shipment option is set, you may still select a different return option when creating a return shipment, if desired.

Set a default return shipment option

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. Go to Shipping Manager.
   
4. Go to Settings.
   
5. In the UPS Shipping Settings section, next to UPS Returns, select a return shipment option you wish to use as your default UPS return service.
   
6. Click the Update button to save your settings.
   
7. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
