To request a pickup from UPS, you must be using the integrated UPS functionality with your Merchant Solutions account.
Note: To edit pickup location and/or pickup date and time information, click the Edit Pickup button at the bottom of the page.
Once your pickup is submitted, you will see a confirmation screen. Record the information that appears on this screen. You will need the PRN (pickup request number) for your scheduled pickup should you wish to cancel this pickup.
