To cancel a pickup request, you must have the PRN (pickup request number) for your scheduled pickup. If you do not have the PRN for your scheduled pickup, learn how to find it. Only scheduled pickups that are still pending may be canceled.
Sign in to your My Services page.
Click the Store link.
Go to Shipping Manager.
In the Manage UPS Pickups section, click the Cancel Pickup link.
In the Enter PRN field, and enter the PRN for the pickup request you wish to cancel
Click the Cancel Pickup button.
