When you create a pickup request, your Pickup Request Number, or PRN, will be displayed on the pickup request confirmation screen. If you do not record the PRN for your pickup request, or if you misplace it, you can find it using the Pickup Status tool in Shipping Manager.
Sign in to your My Services page.
Click the Store link.
Go to Shipping Manager.
Under Manage UPS Pickups, click the Pickup Status link. You will be taken to the Pickup Status tool.
In the Pickup Status tool, locate the scheduled pickup, which will be displayed in the Status of scheduled pickup requests table. The PRN for this pickup request will be shown in the PRN column.
