The Manage Taxes page looks and functions much the same as the Review page in the Tax Wizard. The Manage Taxes page does have some additional features which are not exposed as part of the Tax Wizard such as filtering, pagination, and tax settings. Specifying a location for tax rule represent the shipping address for which the rule applies.
When creating tax rules, you can choose to apply charges based on the following:
- Percentage of taxable order amount
- Percentage of taxable order amount and also shipping amount (for states where handling or even shipping charges are taxable)
- Flat rate

You can also choose to create new tax rules whenever necessary. This option allows you to enter percentage or flat rate on taxable amount and shipping charges.
Note: Turbify is unable to provide tax advice to merchants for determining your tax requirements based on your location(s) and products. Due to the financial and legal implications surrounding tax requirements, Turbify strongly recommends merchants consult a small business tax advisor for determining the exact tax rates applicable to your store.
