The Manage Taxes page includes the ability to filter tax rates based on criteria found with your rules. This feature can be useful for stores with a large number of rules when you are trying to find and edit one or more rules in a large set. To enable the filter, click Show Filter. To remove the filter, click Remove Filter. When enabled, your tax listings will update to show only rules that match criteria entered or selected.

You can filter tax rules based on the following criteria:

• Location - Enter characters found at the start of the state or region name for which you wish to filter rates. For example, to show only rates set up for California, enter CA. Note: This is a character by character filter and not a search so you need to enter characters found in the start of the name or the state/region abbreviation (such as HA or HI for Hawaii.
• Rate - Enter a number or numbers to find rules that include those numbers. For example, to filter and show all rules of 6%, enter 6 in the Rate field.
• Override - Select Yes to show only rules that have been set as overrides (rules that if matched will apply in place of any other rules that may match as well).
