If you created your own sitemap, don't worry we won't damage it. If your file doesn't use the format described on sitemaps.org, we'll leave it alone. If it does match the sitemaps.org guidelines, we'll update your file when you change your site.
If you don't have a robots.txt file, or your existing file omits a reference to your sitemap, we'll also create or update your file to make sure search engines see your sitemap.
