Caution: This procedure will completely delete all database content, WordPress, Joomla, etc., and cannot be undone. Before proceeding, be sure that this is the only resolution. Please contact support if you are not comfortable going through this process alone.

Delete MySQL database

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Hosting link.

    

   

3. Click the MySQL Databases link in the Databases module. 
   

4. Scroll down to Current Databases, select the database you want to delete, and click the Delete link.
   

5. Click the Delete Database button to delete the selected database.
   

Once the database has been reset, you can set up a new MySQL database.
