If you forget the answers to your Security Questions, or just want to change them, follow these steps.
Sign in to your My Services page.
Mouse over the Account icon in the top-right corner and click My Profile.
Click Security and Privacy.
In the Account Security section, scroll down to Security questions, and click View.
Click Continue to send a verification code to the mobile phone number on record. Note: If you don't have two-step verification enabled, skip to step 7.
Enter your verification code, then click Verify. If you did not receive the code, click Resend code.
Select your Security Questions, enter their answers, then click Save.
Note: For your security, we will not display the answers to your current questions.
