If you forget the answers to your Security Questions, or just want to change them, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Mouse over the Account icon on the top-right corner and click the My Profile link.

   

3. In the Account Security section, under Security Questions, click the Reset link.
   
4. Click the Continue button to send a verification code to the mobile phone number on record.
   
5. Enter your verification code then click the Verify button. If you did not receive the code, click the Resend code link.
   
6. Select your Security Questions, enter their answers, then click the Save button.
   
   Note: For your security, we will not display the answers to your current questions.
