How do I reset my HTML order email template?

Make a mistake in your customizations, or just want to start again from scratch? It's easy to revert to the original.

Please note that this cannot be undone. Resetting your template to default permanently deletes any customizations you've made.

Reset your HTML order email template to default:

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Click the Store link.

  3. Go to Shipment & Order Status.
    The Shipment & Order Status link is under Order Settings.
  4. Select which email to customize: Confirmation Email or Status Update Email.

    For this example, we'll use the Confirmation Email; the steps are the same for Status Update Email.
  5. Click Confirmation Email HTML Template...

    ...to display the HTML for your current template.

  6. Click in the text field and select all of the text (Ctrl+A on PC, Cmd+A on Mac).
  7. Press the Delete or Backspace key on your keyboard.
  8. Click the Save/Preview HTML Email button to verify the look of the email template.

  9. Click the Close button.

  10. Click the Update button to finalize the changes.

  11. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.

Any changes you have made to your HTML are now deleted, and the original template is back in place.
