How do I reactivate my Turbify India services?

Learn how to reinstate your subscription after it has been canceled.

Note: These instructions apply to Turbify India services only. If you would like to reactivate a non-India Turbify service, please see this Help Page instead.

Reactivate your Turbify services

  1. Visit our Customer Support page using this link.
  2. We will automatically fill in the details as shown.
    Having these fields pre-filled will make sure your concern gets handled in the timeliest possible manner.
  3. Click Continue.
    Continue is found just below the selection box for Step 3.
  4. Select a way to get in touch: Live Chat or Email.
    If no chat representatives are available to assist you, the Live Chat option will be greyed out.
You will then be connected with a Live Chat representative or be able to send us an email, depending on which contact option you selected.

We'll send you an email with a Pay Now button that you can use to make your payment. Your service will be active within 24-48 hours from the time we receive your payment.

Please note that depending several factors, including how long your service has been inactive, your previous website and/or business email may not be recoverable.
