After deactivating a processor, you should leave it in your account for 90 days prior to deleting just in case you might need to process a refund, etc.

Delete your merchant account processor

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. Go to Payment Center.
   
4. Click the Delete button next to the name of the merchant account payment processor you wish to delete.
   
5. Confirm your choice to delete the account by clicking the Yes button.
   
6. Return to the Store Manager and publish your order settings when ready.
