Can I add a map to my business location?

If you have a local business and need to display your business location, you can add a Google Map as a section on one of your Website Builder pages.

Add a Google Map

  1. From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.
    The Edit site and Site Design links.
  2. Click the + icon at the top or bottom of an existing section. This will depend on where you want the map to be displayed - above or below the section.
    The + icon will add a new section.
  3. On the Add a new section page, choose Maps on the left side. When clicking Maps, you will see a preview of each Map layout.

  4. Chose the desired map layout by clicking the + button or the thumbnail preview.
    Select the preferred map layout.
  5. In the Apply website style window, select if you wish to apply the original section style or your own website style.

  6. You will then be taken to the new map section to begin editing.

Configure the Google Map

  1. Click anywhere on the map.
  2. Click Edit Map.
    The Edit Map option.
  3. In Map Settings:
    • Enter your business location into the Enter an Address field.
    • Click Remove Map to delete the Google Map.
      Click the arrows next to Filters and Opacity & Color for more options. When finished, click the Save button.

  4. Publish when ready.
    The Publish button.
