If you have replaced or added an image to your Website Builder site and you need to resize it, you can crop the image within Website Builder. Note: The process below is for images that are used as section backgrounds.

Crop an image

1. From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.
   
2. Navigate to the page with the image that you wish to crop.
3. Click on the image.
4. Mouse over the : icon.
   
5. Click the round Image Settings icon.
   
6. In the Image Settings pane, click Crop.
   
7. Toggle the Scale bar to the desired size. There will also be auto-size options for:
   • 1:1 - Depending on the original image, this will set it to a 1:1 aspect ration or just enlarge the image.
   • contain - Display the entire image within the element.
   • cover - Fits the image within the element.
   
   Note: When the Scale bar is open, you can click the image and manually move it to the left or right.
8. Click Done when ready.
   
9. Publish when ready.
